• Studio North Salon & Spa requires 48 hours cancellation.
• 24 hours prior will result in a 50% service charge fee.
• Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge fee.
• Please do not be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, lashes we have a 5 min window. If you are later than 15 minutes or 5 min with Lashes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the same-day cancellation Fee.
• All clients are required to put a card on file at the time of scheduling.
• Scheduling an appointment and putting your card on file means that you understand and accept all policies laid out in this waiver and authorize the penalty fees to be charged for missed/late/no-show appointments.
